What we put into our products (an abundance of passion and love!), is what you get out of them. GF Bake Shoppe started with some gluten-free gals who set out to make a difference in the gluten free community - providing them with food that they once enjoyed –without being able to taste the difference. And it all started with a hand braided French Twist pizza crust! Since the birth of our pizza crust, we have continued to add to our family of products - all designed to make your busy life healthier and easier.

We launched our products at the Cherry Creek Farmer's Market during the summer of 2009, which proved to be very successful. We have developed, and continue to develop a loyal following.
